Stay in the Villa
The rooms
Villa Longo is a historic residence of considerable size. A part of it is reserved for its guests who can enjoy
an elegant accommodation for 10 people in a space of about 700 square meters divided into two floors: al on the ground floor there is the living area divided into a porch of about 200 square meters overlooked by a large living room, a kitchen, a large dining room and two elegant and brand new guest toilets.
On the first floor , to the right of the staircase, there is the sleeping area or an apartment with 4 bedrooms, plus a children’s room and two recently renovated bathrooms. The Villa is a summer residence so there is no central heating system.
The outer space
The very large porch of 200 square meters offers an ideal place for parties and relaxation during the day.
The terrace on the first floor is a great place for chats after dark.
The 16.67 meters long by 4.80 meters wide swimming pool is available to guests in the middle of a large lawn surrounded by various plants and flowers.
The large garden and the three-hectare park are available to guests as well as the huge covered porch on the ground floor and the terrace on the first floor. These spaces will be shared with the property if present on site.
Other services
On request it is also possible to use the kitchen shared with the property as well as the use of the washing machine.
The laundry service is on request as the washing machine is currently located in another part of the house.
Table tennis, football goals and other games for children and teenagers and a barbecue are available.
Sporting activities proposed
Villa Longo is located in a strategic place for those who love sports such as:
- horseback riding, we point out the ” PALASTURLA ” (the largest private facility in Europe for equestrian events), and the Manege at the Palasturla equestrian center in Manerbio less than ten minutes drive from the villa where the instructor Beatrice Gironda organizes courses horse riding also in English;
- sailing – Lake Garda and Lake Iseo;
- cycling – right in front of the villa starts a cycle path that arrives in the city of Cremona.
For food needs we recommend the ” Le Robinie ” shopping center which is located 6 km from Villa Longo and inside which, in addition to a huge supermarket, there are other shops including a hairdresser and a laundry.
